Why did TSC Global rebrand Barjan and ETW?

Since the acquisition, we have talked with numerous companies and individuals over the past few months to best assess internal and external opinions on the strengths and weaknesses of all brands; TSC, Barjan and ETW. The new TSC Global brand leverages the most favorable of the brands as a renascent combination of both old and new.
