Additionally, the RMS group can focus on training the staff and management on the fundamentals of running a retail store. RMS can make it a priority that the managers of the stores are trained properly in all aspects of merchandising, ordering and selling leading to increased performance and ultimately growing sales for you. This will include core items as well as promotional items and displays. While in the stores, the RMS group will be verifying the ordering process, planogram integrity, product knowledge and merchandising techniques in order to maximize sales.
